Carl Russell Robbins Waterford -- On Thursday evening deputies responded to the Bait Barn located at 12505 Yosemite Blvd in Waterford for an infant found in a garbage can. Fire personnel immediately responded and the infant was pronounced deceased. A man looking for aluminum cans in a small garbage can next to the gas pumps found the infant wrapped in a blanket. He believed the infant was deceased and called 911. It is still early in the investigation and detectives have limited information. Anyone with information about this case can contact- Detective Jon McQueary at (209) 525-7099. Callers can also leave an anonymous tip by calling Crime Stoppers at (209) 521-4636.
